Responsibilities Assist with order picking and packing using RF scanners and manual handling techniques to ensure accurate shipments. Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment while following safety procedures. Manage inventory by organizing stock, conducting inventory counts, and updating records accurately. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks related to warehouse operations and materials handling. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials handling is preferred. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanner confidently. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Warehouse or warehouse supervisor experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
