Contract Schedule:

Day Shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm HB Staffing is seeking a Material Handler to join a growing and dynamic team! Assist with inventory control and inventory management. Handle cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies. Manage warehouse operations and stockroom. Assist with shipping and receiving processes. Troubleshoot shipment issues and warehouse equipment. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Document packages, labels, and shipping information. Generate reports and support KPI. Process warehouse transactions and move materials. Support inventory audits and review various documentation.

Position Requirements:

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Prior experience in an aerospace/defense environment preferred. Experience performing shipping and receiving functions. Experience working with warehouse systems and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English verbal and written communication proficiency. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Organization and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
