Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime as needed Position Overview We are seeking two detail-oriented Receiving Clerks to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming shipments, verifying orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and work well with cross-functional teams. This position requires comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions , including both hot and cold environments. Forklift experience is required to safely perform job duties. Key Responsibilities Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to appropriate personnel Unload, organize, and store materials in designated storage areas Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and documentation Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve receiving issues Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the receiving area Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Perform job duties outdoors while following all safety procedures #nowhiring Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs Forklift experience required Familiarity with inventory or warehouse systems is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions
