3PL Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer We are a growing 3PL warehouse looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse position. The primary responsibilities are picking products based on customer orders, preparing packages, and applying shipping labels accurately. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Job Responsibilities Pick and locate items based on warehouse orders Match products with the correct orders and shipping labels Apply shipping labels accurately to packages Scan and verify products, SKUs, quantities, and shipping labels Pack and prepare orders for shipment Move, load, and organize products throughout the warehouse Receive and organize incoming inventory as needed Assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain consistent attendance Ability to repeatedly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable working in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment Must be available to work overtime when warehouse volume requires it Able to accurately read SKUs, quantities, order information, and shipping labels Strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Basic ability to use computers, barcode scanners, and warehouse systems Ability to follow instructions and warehouse safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, 3PL, fulfillment, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Pallet jack experience preferred Experience using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus Performance Expectations Performance is measured by both speed and accuracy . Employees are expected to work efficiently while making sure the correct products, quantities, and shipping labels are matched to each order. Accuracy is extremely important because incorrect labels or products can result in shipping errors. Schedule & Overtime Full-time position Frequent overtime is available and may be required depending on warehouse volume Candidates should be flexible and available to work additional hours during busy periods Weekend work may occasionally be required depending on workload Work Environment This is an active warehouse position in a non-climate-controlled environment. The warehouse can become hot, especially during warmer months , and employees should be comfortable performing physical work under these conditions.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
