Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, organizing the pallets, pulling fabric rolls for cutting and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Duties

• Perform inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Load and unload materials and products from trucks and pallets efficiently.
• Assist in pulling rolls of fabric for cutting.
• Operate warehouse management systems to maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
• Ensure proper materials handling techniques are followed to prevent damage to goods.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote safety and productivity.
• Build and assemble packages as required for shipping or storage. Skills
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 pounds) safely and effectively.
• Experience with loading and unloading materials in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes is an asset.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for tracking inventory is a plus.
• Excellent materials handling skills to ensure the safe transport of goods.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork within a diverse workforce.
