Sort, deliver, and send mail , including preparing outgoing packages. Create and maintain documents , spreadsheets, and databases; manage digital filing. Schedule meetings and appointments , coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials. Maintain office inventory , order supplies, and track usage. Perform basic bookkeeping , invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable support. Operate office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines). Data entry and file management , both physical and digital. General administrative support for staff and management, including preparing reports and maintaining organized workspaces.
