The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the yard and ensuring that all materials are organized and accessible. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Start all vehicles and equipment online each Monday. Run for ½ hour. Check each for damage, tire wear and air pressure. Clean the interior and beds as best you can. Report any damage, low fuel levels, items that you are not able to clean or remove, etc. to the yard supervisor. 2)

Weekly:

Clean all bathrooms in the Yard, Gym, Warehouse, Mechanic Shop, Salt Shop, Customer Service and Kitchen. Re-stock as needed; the toilet tissue, paper towels, and soaps. Empty trash cans. Empty all trash cans in the yard. (Warehouse, Mechanic Shop, Wood Shop, Salt Shop, Fuel Dock.) Sweep clean as needed. If you feel that a trashcan is too heavy for you to lift, such as at the fuel dock, ask for help and do not lift them. Replace wash soap, brushes, squeegees, and buckets as needed. Tuesday and Friday are good days to do and re-check. 3) Check all of the drains in the yard, especially on the wash rack, clean them as needed. 4) Check the fuel level on the pressure washer, located on the wash rack, refuel as needed. There is a wash brush, soap and a bucket at this location. Check and replace as needed. 5) Each Monday, check the lighting in the yard area, interior buildings, and main office building; record the location of any burnt bulbs that need replacing. The lighting in the main office building should be checked prior to 8:00 a.m., if possible, or as soon as possible thereafter. Submit the list to the yard supervisor, he will determine who will replace the tubes/bulbs. 6) Spray all weeds which are growing in and around the yard area. 7) Hand sweep the perimeter of the compound. 8) Clean the pavement by operating the tenant Sweeper when directed to do so. 9) Perform all other assignments given to you to the best of your ability. 10) Wash and polish all company vehicles weekly.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

Must be able to lift up to 75lbs Must be able to climb ladders Must have Class C driver's license and able to drive box truck or flatbed truck Delivery experience a plus
