$18.00-$22.00/hour, based on experience Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Inspect and verify incoming inventory for quality and quantity. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner. Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively. Assist with regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors to meet operational goals. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an advantage. Ability to operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
