This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing quality work, and is interested in learning the manufacturing and fabrication industry. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to teach the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. This position offers exposure to many areas of our operation and meaningful opportunities for increased responsibility and career growth. List of Potential Duties Assist with the assembly of fabricated products and components. Load, secure, transport, and deliver materials and finished products. Pick up materials, supplies, and parts from vendors as needed. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders. Count, label, organize, and store materials and inventory. Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and safe shop. Move materials, tools, equipment, and finished products throughout the facility. Assist fabricators, assemblers, and other shop personnel with general tasks. Prepare materials and work areas for production and assembly. Help package and prepare finished products for delivery or shipment. Properly use and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Perform other general shop and facility duties as assigned. Qualifications Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on assigned tasks. Willingness to learn new skills and accept instruction. Ability to follow verbal and written directions. Strong attention to detail, particularly when receiving and counting inventory. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in an active manufacturing and fabrication environment. Able to safely lift, carry, and move materials, with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Experience with hand tools, assembly, construction, fabrication, warehousing, or deliveries is preferred but not required.
