50 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Freight documentation management High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Customs documentation preparation Materials handling Order picking Standard operating procedures (SOPs) Material handling equipment operation Transportation documentation for distribution operations Full Job Description Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate You will keep materials moving accurately and safely across inbound and outbound operations for the client. This role supports cross-functional warehouse activities (receiving, loading, picking, shipping) on-site during the night/second shift and works closely with warehouse leads and logistics teams to meet KPIs and customer requirements. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Receive, offload and load vehicles and ocean containers; check paperwork and report discrepancies or damages Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and hand jacks for palletization and trailer/container handling Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork, label freight, prepare ULDs, and sign Bills of Lading Stage and organize cargo within the warehouse and maintain inventory records in the Warehouse Management System or booking-in sheets Execute quality and SOP expectations, including rework or recoup of freight as required Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and organization Assist with training new staff and contribute process improvement suggestions Complete site-specific tasks such as weekly bond checks, DFT procedures, and handling bonded import freight per regulations Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role At least 18 years old Minimum 6 months of previous warehouse operations experience with this organization Ability to stand/walk for long periods and periodically lift up to 50 lbs; good physical stamina and coordination Experience operating sit-down forklifts (forklift experience listed) Ability to work flexible hours/days and meet established KPI performance standards Ability to accurately complete shipping paperwork (Bills of Lading, manifests) and follow client-specific SOPs Here's What Else Might Help You Out High school diploma or GED Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders Ability to speak Spanish Pay Range $20.50/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
