Full Job Description Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour + Bonus , depending on experience Position Overview We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role involves picking, packing, labeling, preparing orders for shipment, loading/unloading, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with the team in English. Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills and forklift experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards Verify order accuracy and shipping information Label packages clearly and correctly Assist with loading and unloading shipments Operate warehouse tools and equipment, including tape guns, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment Operate a forklift when needed, if certified or properly trained Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Take initiative and support other departments as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or fulfillment experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be able to communicate in English Steel-toe boots required Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills preferred Forklift experience or forklift certification strongly preferred Experience with shipping, labeling, fulfillment, or warehouse operations Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment Compensation & Benefits Performance bonus eligibility after 3-month introductory period 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off（Sick+Vacation） Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Full-time, on-site Work Location Eastvale, CA In-person
