$18.50 - $22.00 per hour (DOE - based on experience and qualifications) Company Overview Event Party Rentals is a fast-growing event rental company based in Southern California. We provide high-quality rental equipment and professional setup services for a wide range of events. Our team takes pride in attention to detail, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Position Summary As an Event Installer / Warehouse Team Member, you play a vital role in the safe, timely, and professional setup and breakdown of event equipment at client locations. You will help prepare and load equipment, travel with a crew to event sites, and maintain organized, clean, and well-kept inventory in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Load and unload rental equipment using our in-house software system to verify and track orders. Safely strap, secure, and organize equipment for transport to and from event sites. Set up and tear down event items such as tents, tables, chairs, furniture, and related equipment according to event layouts and instructions. Follow event diagrams and on-site direction to ensure accurate placement and a professional presentation of all equipment. Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards. Clean, inspect, and maintain rental inventory before and after each use so items are event-ready. Organize, restock, and stage equipment accurately in the warehouse to support efficient loading and dispatch. Collaborate with drivers and team members to complete multiple deliveries, setups, and pickups in a single day when needed. Assist with the safe maneuvering of vehicles at event sites and follow all company safety procedures and protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members while on site. Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the shift. Schedule This role requires schedule flexibility. Split shifts are common, especially during peak seasons. Weekend availability is required. Work often includes early morning setups and late evening pickups with a team. Qualifications Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Prior warehouse, delivery, or event setup experience is a plus (training provided). Comfortable working split shifts, weekends, and varying hours based on event schedules.
