KTM Twins is currently accepting applications for a Warehouse Parts Specialist to support our growing operation in Escondido, CA. This position is primarily warehouse-based and focuses on order fulfillment, inventory support, customer returns, and shipping-related issue resolution. Motorcycle or motorsports parts knowledge is strongly preferred, but not required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is highly organized, and has strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable researching shipment discrepancies, processing customer returns, and working closely with both our warehouse and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Warehouse picking, packing, and shipping motorcycle parts Assisting with receiving and inventory organization Processing and evaluating customer returns , including verifying returned items, identifying missing or incorrect parts, assisting with warranty and RMA-related returns Researching missing items in shipments and resolving discrepancies Communicating with the customer service team regarding return and shipping issues Maintaining accuracy, organization, and cleanliness in the warehouse Qualifications Motorcycle or motorsports parts knowledge strongly preferred Prior warehouse, parts, or shipping/receiving experience preferred Ability to identify motorcycle parts and understand basic fitment concepts Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computer systems and warehouse software Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Schedule & Pay Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered) Monday-Friday, hours range between 8:30am-5:30pm Minimum 30-minute lunch break Starting pay: $16.90 per hour (DOE) Opportunity for growth and pay increases based on performance Benefits (Eligible Employees) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid time off & paid holidays Employee discounts Casual work environment and great team culture About Us KTM Twins is a small but fast-paced motorcycle parts business based in Escondido, CA, associated with NCY Motorsports and Escondido Cycle Center .
