Warehouse Reporting Specialist Bradshaw Home - 3.1 Fontana, CA Job Details Full-time $25 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Presentation software Presentation preparation Full Job Description The Warehouse Reporting Specialist is responsible for collecting, compiling, analyzing, and distributing critical operational metrics, compliance reports, and performance scorecards across key facility locations. This role serves as a vital bridge between warehouse activities and managerial leadership by ensuring accurate, timely, and visually clear operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities Daily Operational Reporting Metric Tracking:
Compile, generate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering key warehouse KPIs.
Capacity & Asset Audits:
Monitor and report on daily and monthly warehouse storage capacity, pallet balances, and CHEP stock levels.
Executive Scorecards & Presentations:
Synthesize complex facility data into weekly executive scorecards and presentation decks (utilizing Excel and PowerPoint) for leadership review.
Dashboard & Visual Maintenance:
Maintain automated spreadsheets, graphs, and visual dashboards to provide real-time status updates on operational fill rates, overtime trends, and facility performance.
Advanced Excel:
Proficient in graph creation, strong proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and basic Power Query. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely and accurate delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages. High integrity of data across all scorecards, graphs, and executive presentations. Prompt communication and tracking of compliance, OSD, and regulatory exceptions.
Qualifications & Requirements Required Education & Experience Education:
High School Diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory administration, or logistics reporting.
Technical Skills:
Presentation Software:
Skilled in creating clean executive slides and visual reporting summaries in PowerPoint.
WMS Knowledge:
Familiarity with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), SAP EWM, HighJump, or Oracle WMS. BI Tools (Bonus): Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.

High accuracy in entering data, verifying metrics, and managing distribution lists.

Strong organizational skills to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deadlines.
Work Environment & Physical Demands Setting:
Combination of office environment and active warehouse floor.
Physical Activity:
Occasional walking across facility floors for checks, label delivery, and environmental monitoring.
Pay and Benefits:
US$25.00 Hourly Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
