•Day Shift schedule Monday thru Friday 7AM to 3:30PM or 6am to 2:30pm To Start as soon as tomorrow!!! English verbal/written communication skills. Must have basic computer skills Familiar with computerized shipping manifesting systems. Forklift experience is optional, however ideal. Detailed oriented. Prepares freight bills, air bills, and other shipping related documents. Ability to load and unload material into trucks using a pallet jack or forklift. Audits and verify materials pulled for orders based on MT and packing slips. Scans materials according to the packing slip as required. Manifests orders and to ensure that all orders that require customer specific requirements and instructions are fulfill, verified, and processed accordingly as required. Stage and place the shipments (packages/ pallets) for the respective carriers based on the ship methods. Verifies, checks and validates the shipments prior to the pick-up to make sure, labels, packing slips, BOL's other shipping documents and serial cans are done and processed Maintains excellent material and warehouse management standards. Maintains overall facility cleanliness and safety awareness. Monitors and identifies inventory discrepancies through cycle count program. Perform daily tasks with considerations of waste minimization, and other environmental considerations. Adhere to the environmental policy and be aware of significant environmental impacts related to job. Support the Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation as directed by the supervisor. Inform the supervisor regarding any accidents or nonconformities that may affect the environment and, if possible, report any environmental nonconformity using the CAPA system Provide suggestions for improving the EMS to the supervisor, management or by using the suggestion box. Physical Requirements Requires ability to move freely throughout the facility (may include walking up and down stairs, through tight or congested areas, as well as up or down ladders), ability to lift, pull and push up to 30 lbs., ability to verify, by sight, accuracy of product and paperwork, and ability to work with mathematical statistics. Must have great English written and verbal communication!!!
