Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing and shipping customer orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse stock, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Load and unload deliveries safely using appropriate equipment. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Maintain accurate inventory counts and update inventory records. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and shortages. Properly organize and store materials throughout the warehouse. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized. Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and other required paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Communicate with purchasing, sales, production, and other departments regarding inventory and shipments. Assist with other warehouse duties and projects as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move packages and materials as required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory or warehouse management software. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
