The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, dependable, and comfortable performing physical work, handling glass and other materials, and operating delivery vehicles. This position is primarily warehouse-based with some deliveries to jobsites and suppliers. Job Duties Warehouse Pull and stage glass and hardware orders for upcoming jobs Safely handle, move, load, and unload glass and other materials Assist with organizing and storing glass safely in designated areas Load and unload glass from delivery vehicles and storage racks Receive and organize incoming deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Perform basic inventory counts Inspect glass, hardware, and materials for damage or discrepancies Prepare and stage materials for installers Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse and shop Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Delivery Deliver glass, hardware, and other materials to jobsites Pick up materials from suppliers and other locations Safely load and unload delivery vehicles Secure glass and materials properly for transportation Obtain delivery signatures or other required documentation Assist installers with unloading and handling glass at jobsites when needed Follow all company safety procedures when handling, loading, unloading, and transporting glass Qualifications Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided Basic computer skills and ability to learn and use inventory software Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles Ability to safely handle and transport glass and other heavy materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform manual tasks regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills when working with team members, customers, and suppliers Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to follow company safety procedures and instructions
