Responsibilities Accurately receive incoming shipments by inspecting and verifying goods against purchase orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. Manage stock levels through proper stocking procedures and update inventory records using warehouse management systems like AS400 or MRP software. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipment to prevent damage during transit while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing products for order picking and fulfilling e-commerce orders promptly. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes. Experience with order fulfillment, picking & packing, stocking procedures, and load & unload operations. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and ability to follow safety guidelines diligently. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate inventory management. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
