Job Summary The Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate is a hands-on role supporting both production and warehouse operations. This position involves operating manufacturing equipment, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to train the right candidate; however, a strong willingness to learn and take initiative is essential. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery according to procedures Set up equipment and ensure proper operation during production runs Perform routine quality checks and complete production documentation Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines at all times Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and basic equipment maintenance Receive, verify, label, and store incoming materials Prepare and stage materials for production Transport materials between warehouse and production areas Assist with packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or discrepancies Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Basic math and reading skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, or HACCP environments Forklift experience Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Mechanically inclined or comfortable using basic tools and equipment Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50-55 lbs as needed Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and moving materials Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment If you are dependable, willing to learn, and enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply and be part of the Longevity Nutra team.
