The position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties (may include, but are not limited to): Unload inbound freight and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect and QC incoming inventory for damage, shortages, and discrepancies; document and report any issues Process, record, and complete all receiving documentation and paperwork accurately in ERP/WMS systems via computer and mobile device Stage, sort, and put away incoming product in designated locations Process RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) Down-stock and replenish inventory as needed Perform cycle counts Clean and organize the receiving area and workstation Follow procedures and work instructions accurately Meet receiving deadlines by prioritizing tasks Participate in mandatory quarterly and year-end physical inventory counts Perform other job-related duties as required

Skills:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as necessary to perform the essential duties of the position; bilingual skills are a plus. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience Pallet jack experience Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus) Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and DHL shipping software is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel Ability to reach overhead and below the knees Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Occasional Saturday work may be required Overtime may be required based on business needs
