Job Summary We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and safely deliver finished millwork products to customer job sites. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse work, loading/unloading, delivery driving, material handling, and basic installation assistance . Products may include cabinetry, booth seating, and other finished materials. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable of handling heavy materials, and comfortable working in warehouse, delivery, and active construction/job-site environments. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks with cabinetry, booth seating, and related materials Prepare, organize, and stage materials for deliveries and customer pickups Safely deliver products to customer locations, primarily restaurant job sites Verify orders, quantities, and materials for accuracy before loading and delivery Ensure products are properly protected and secured during transportation Assist with loading dock operations Assist installers at job sites with basic installation-related tasks Move, hold, position, and stage materials as needed Safely handle large, heavy, and finished products to prevent damage Maintain communication with supervisors, warehouse team members, and customers Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and delivery vehicle Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns Follow warehouse, driving, job-site, and company safety procedures Assist with general warehouse responsibilities as needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management Requirements Valid driver's license required Must have an acceptable driving record Previous warehouse, delivery, construction, or similar hands-on experience preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools preferred Comfortable assisting with basic installation tasks at customer job sites Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks Forklift experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Comfortable traveling to different customer job sites Must be willing to perform both warehouse and delivery responsibilities Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Comfortable bending, reaching, lifting, and performing physical labor throughout the shift Ability to assist with physical installation activities at job sites Comfortable working in warehouse, delivery truck, loading dock, and construction environments Must be able to work in varying temperatures, weather conditions, and active job-site environments Safety Requirements Follow all company safety policies and procedures Follow all applicable driving laws and defensive driving practices Use proper lifting and material-handling techniques Properly use warehouse equipment when required Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and flexible .
