Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools. Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other handling equipment. Conduct shipping & receiving activities, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments are correctly documented and compliant with trade regulations. Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, replenishing, and inventory audits to prevent discrepancies. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate warehouse distribution activities and optimize workflow processes. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking with precision. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus. Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights accurately. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and data entry tasks. Customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
