00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to support our day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the company, learn new skills, and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility using manual methods or equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) Stage and deliver materials to production areas so operations stay on track Pick and prepare materials for production or shipping Organize and store materials in designated locations Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates Identify and report any damaged or missing materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills are helpful but not required Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus, but not required Forklift experience preferred (certification not required) Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Benefits Medical insurance (option for employer-paid employee-only coverage) Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employer paid life insurance Voluntary life insurance Employee engagement events
