This is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run efficiently and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role utilizes both a forklift and picking tickets provided by sales to pull orders for customers as well as receive material and inventory when necessary. Previous forklift experience is preferred, but certification is not required—we will provide forklift certification and training for the right candidate. This position will assist our Operations team with inventory projects and warehouse organization. A typical day may include moving pallets of hardwood flooring, counting and organizing inventory, investigating inventory discrepancies, and entering inventory data into our software. In this position you will assist in the daily operations of our Glendale Sales Team which includes pulling orders, palletizing and wrapping pallets, and checking orders before shipping. Additionally, this position will require driving to our other 6 locations in Southern California to assist with warehouse projects. Warehouse Associate :

Manage and maintain warehouse inventory. Pick, pack, and verify customer orders. Ensure all orders are packaged accurately and professionally. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse. Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency while focusing on solutions. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits. Use Microsoft Excel and other software to maintain accurate inventory records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Work closely with the Operations team to improve inventory accuracy. Perform data entry, generate labels, and complete inventory documentation. Qualifications of a Inventory Associate Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Previous inventory control or cycle counting experience preferred. Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred. Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Fast and accurate data entry skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
