Education:

High school graduate or equivalent

Experience:

General knowledge of warehouse operations with at least 1yr of experience

An understanding of basic mathematic functions

6 months to 1 year forklift experience operating material handling equipment, such as

Pallet Jacks and Stand-Up Reach Forklifts Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

It is preferred that individuals in this position have knowledge of plant layout, warehouse mapping, equipment applications, material requirements and good inventory control practices.

Able to pass forklift certification training on-site.

Demonstrate competency when using scales, compactors, shrink wrap and strapping machines, computers (both PC and RF) and other hand tools

Individuals should exhibit strong organizational skills

Possess intermediate written and oral English communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be knowledgeable of the part identification system, specialty codes and part revisions
• Complies with all quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure best quality product output
• Strives to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce cost through continuous improvement
• Must be knowledgeable of and comply with the Company's policies and procedures
• Adheres to established inventory control systems and computer tracking along with the requirement of being a member of the Inventory department's ICE team
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and working environment
• Fosters goodwill with all internal and external customers
• Responsible for all Wilden manufactured, purchased and consignment material movement throughout the facility (in both XA system and physically)
• Completes and maintains a variety of measurements, reports, records and documentation
• Must manage picking location inventory for all Wilden manufactured, purchased and consignment material (non-consignment and consignment report, cycle counting, etc.)
• Work overtime as required
