We are a dynamic company with decades of leadership in the fitness equipment industry, currently looking to bring on a highly qualified Warehouse Associate and Equipment Technician to help our Warehouse Department. The ideal candidate has prior experience maintaining quality fitness equipment, and organizing outbound and inbound freight shipments. You will be working in collaboration with the Production Manager, Logistics, and Warehouse Department. Key Accountabilities Direct day-to-day:

Build and assemble new and used fitness equipment. Disassemble, refurbish, and reassemble used fitness equipment. Knowledge of the functions, and how to install consoles, computers and accessories. Test and evaluate each fitness unit built to ensure quality control. Work within the team as a cohesive unit. Apply custom decals when needed. Periodically go on service calls to repair equipment in the field. Work directly with the warehouse manager on workflow, planning, and reporting. Teach technicians updated processes and procedures. Forecast and submit parts needed to the fitness Lead Technician, Warehouse, or Production Manager. Diagnose, test, and assess condition of the used units to determine what needs to be replaced. Wipe down machines, quality inspect units prior to shipping. Ensure orders are being shipped with all necessary accessories on the order. Palletize and build custom boxes for fitness equipment. Maintain unified standards across all packages to minimize the risk of potential freight damage. Record images, information, and notes of the equipment prior to shipment. Maintain all safety standards and procedures. Perform service, install, and extraction appointments when needed. Consistently achieve performance goals and milestones, including productivity requirements per our weekly and monthly meetings. Report discrepancies to the Lead Technician, Warehouse or Production Manager. Ad hoc projects as assigned. Attend team, department and company meetings in person and/or via video conference. Must thrive working in a fast paced environment where performance is rewarded. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Mechanically inclined. Knowledge of the functions, how to assemble, and build fitness equipment. Team player that has strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize and follow instructions from management. Physical strength to move fitness equipment. Ability to be both self-directed and work well in a collaborative team environment.
