This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse cleaning and organization with occasional field support on staging days. The primary responsibility is helping keep our warehouse clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, wiping down work areas and desks, organizing décor and accessories, and keeping bedding and staging inventory neat and accessible. On staging days, you will occasionally accompany our team to properties to assist with tasks such as steaming beds and linens, packing and unpacking décor, organizing accessories, and providing general support during staging installations and removals. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, works well independently, is dependable, and is comfortable with physical, hands-on work. No staging or design experience is required—we will train you on the specific tasks and procedures. Responsibilities Warehouse Cleaning & Maintenance Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe on a regular basis Sweep and mop warehouse floors Clean and maintain restrooms Wipe down desks, tables, shelves, and other work surfaces Empty trash and keep common areas tidy Help maintain an organized and presentable warehouse environment Inventory Organization Organize and maintain décor, accessories, artwork, pillows, blankets, and bedding Fold and organize linens and bedding so they are ready for staging Pack and unpack décor and staging accessories Return items to their proper storage areas after staging jobs Help keep inventory organized and easy for the staging team to locate Staging Day Support Occasionally accompany the staging team to properties throughout the San Francisco, Peninsula, and East Bay areas Steam bedding, linens, and other fabric items at staging properties Assist with packing and unpacking décor and accessories Help with general setup and cleanup during staging installations and removals Assist the staging team with other hands-on tasks as needed General Support Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and carefully Work independently when assigned warehouse tasks and work cooperatively with the staging team in the field Help keep the warehouse and staging inventory in good condition Perform other related duties as needed

Pay:

$25.83 - $31.11 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
