Please be aware that Troia Foods will be relocating its Hayward facility operations to its new facility in Benicia, California, at the beginning of July 2026. This position will begin in Hayward and transcend with the facility in July of 2026 to our Benicia Facility. At Troia foods we do a criminal and civil background as well as a DMV background. At Troia foods we do a pre-employment post-offer physical assessment on all new hires.

3:30AM to 12PM ________________________________________ Position Summary The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with product handling, staging, loading and unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is essential to ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient team operations while following all safety and quality standards. ________________________________________ Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with warehouse activities including loading, unloading, staging of products, and general facility cleanup as directed Support coworkers to ensure all shipments, load outs, and deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Maintain proper product handling, storage, and inventory organization to prevent damage or loss Follow all workplace safety procedures, including lifting protocols, equipment use, and hazard prevention Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow needs and operational priorities Perform additional warehouse or operational support tasks as assigned ________________________________________ Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, or physical labor experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 250lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift Strong teamwork and communication skills Commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality ________________________________________ Work Environment & Physical Demands Fastpaced warehouse environment Regular lifting, standing, and movement required Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility operations
