Job Description
Seasonal Warehouse Associate Premium Wine Producer | Sonoma County, CA | Temporary, Full-Time (through 12/18/2026) A premium Sonoma County winery is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join the team for a temporary, full-time seasonal assignment supporting our busiest time of year. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or fulfillment experience — wine industry experience is a big plus — who takes pride in accuracy, works well as part of a team, and wants steady, full-time hours through the end of the year. You'll start now, ahead of our peak October-November-December season, with 4-6 weeks of hands-on training to get you up to speed before volume ramps up. We're a high-touch, premium wine brand, and we're looking for people who bring the same care and attention to detail to the warehouse floor that we bring to every bottle we ship. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare wine orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy. Help receive, stage, and organize incoming wine, packaging, and supplies. Build and break down retail kits, 6-packs, and gift sets. Keep inventory staged, labeled, and organized for shipping and pickup orders. Move product safely using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment. Support physical inventory counts and warehouse organization/cleanliness. Work efficiently and safely, especially during our busiest weeks in November and December. What We're Looking For Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center experience. Wine industry warehouse experience strongly preferred. A sharp eye for detail and comfort working at a fast pace without cutting corners. Ability to read and follow instructions in English and take direction well. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Reliable and available for the full seasonal assignment through mid-December, including weekends/holidays as needed during peak weeks. Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
