Job Description

Yard Associate Yard associates are outgoing, driven and hard-working individuals who are experienced in and/or willing to learn a multitude of skills and thrive in a customer service environment. They can also help customers by loading heavy items such as bags of feed and bales for hay that may range over 100lbs. Must be 18 years or older. Available weekdays and weekends. 24+ hours per week. Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. Must be team oriented. Must be able to thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment. Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike. Bilingual is a plus.

Necessary physical activities may include:

Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying 100+ LBS 4-10 hours per day Being on your feet/standing for up to 8+ hours.
