COROS is seeking an individual with a strong background in order fulfillment, returns processing, bookkeeping, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A few years of experience working at small to medium-sized companies is preferred. Experience with e-commerce businesses, shipping logistics, and product inventory is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound shipments, including processing returns, auditing, and handling both new and refurbished inventory. Manage order fulfillment for wholesale and retail orders, including POs, invoicing, and logistics scheduling. Prepare freight quotes. Track and trace freight, and process consolidations at destination. Collaborate with various teams—marketing, accounting, supply chain, etc.—to address order-related inquiries and provide status reports. Other operational duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in operational logistics, with relevant experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory control, documentation, issue resolution). General awareness of hazardous materials/dangerous goods is a plus. Experience operating in a high-velocity environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and follow through. Experience in motivating team members constructively. Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
