is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Irvine. This is a hands-on, physical warehouse position . The majority of the work involves picking and packing orders, shipping and receiving, handling inventory, processing returns, and keeping the warehouse organized. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows procedures carefully. Responsibilities Pick and pack e-commerce customer orders accurately Prepare packages and shipping labels for daily shipments Receive incoming shipments and physically count cartons/products Check incoming shipments for visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies Verify received quantities against packing lists or receiving instructions Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations Replenish inventory as needed Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts Receive, inspect, and organize customer returns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Handle and move cartons and products throughout the warehouse Immediately report inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, damages, or other issues to the supervisor Follow established warehouse procedures and SOPs Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience preferred Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory counting preferred Experience in an e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or small warehouse environment is a plus Comfortable performing repetitive and physical warehouse work throughout the shift Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility Detail-oriented and able to work accurately Able to follow established procedures and instructions Willing to communicate and report problems promptly Basic computer skills Able to work independently as well as part of a small team Ability to lift and move cartons as required for the position Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week .
