Our founder had rotator cuff surgery while pitching in pro baseball and couldn't sleep. So he and his physical therapist built the pillow themselves. Every box that leaves our warehouse goes to someone in pain, and your work helps them get the rest they need. What You'll Do Receive incoming pallets and shipments and check counts against orders Assemble pillows by fitting covers onto foam cores, and inspect each one for quality Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately and on time Print shipping labels and prepare carrier pickups Process returns and exchanges Keep inventory organized and help with regular cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Warehouse, fulfillment, or assembly experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for most of the shift Comfortable with a pallet jack. Forklift experience is a plus Strong attention to detail.
