This role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing things right the first time and works well in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Operations (Receiving) Safely unload trucks and shipping containers using manual or powered equipment Inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues Verify packing slips against received inventory and accurately enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Store products in designated locations following warehouse organization standards Inventory Management Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout Ensure all products and storage locations are properly labeled and easy to locate Outbound Operations (Fulfillment) Pick and prepare orders using pick lists or RF scanners Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit Label, weigh, and stage shipments for carrier pickup Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy items and work fast pace. 1-2 years Experience in driving a forklift. (certification preferred) Ability to follow processes and safety procedures consistently Basic computer skills for inventory systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse setting Requires adherence to safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
