General Laborer

Job Title:

General Laborer /Palletizer (Bottling Department) Job Description As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring bottle filling machines while adhering to production schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor bottle filling machines according to production schedules. Load bottles, caps, and packaging materials into machines as required. Adjust machine settings to ensure proper fill levels, speeds, and seals. Inspect filled bottles for accuracy, leaks, defects, or contamination. Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues. Record production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks. Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Communicate equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Load pallets with packaged products. Essential Skills General labor experience. Production and packing skills. Experience in loading and unloading. Pallet loading, wrapping, and banding experience. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. 1 year of warehouse experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift certification is a nice to have but not necessary. Non-slip shoes are required. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is based in a small warehouse environment with a team of four total employees. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Laguna Hills, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
