Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable operating warehouse equipment and handling physical work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Organize and maintain saleable inventory throughout the warehouse.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory against shipping documentation.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, organizing, and general housekeeping tasks.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities.
  • Coordinate weekly shipment transportation and logistics.
  • Load and unload trucks using equipment and manual labor as required.
  • Offload pallets from incoming shipments and stock materials according to company procedures.
  • Pick, pack, wrap, strap, and prepare products for shipment to customers and regional facilities.
  • Report damaged inventory, shortages, or discrepancies to management promptly.
  • Complete daily warehouse transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle and dispose of material waste in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and repairs after receiving appropriate training. Qualifications
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products regularly.
  • Ability to frequently push, pull, bend, squat, reach, sit, and stand throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working around forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Six months to one year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or related experience preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered. What We Offer

Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
