Summary Description:
The ODLP General Labor position monitors cheese quality, adding back and/or bulking off cheese, inspection of product for extraneous, and assisting operators.
Job Description:
Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations.
Monitor product and product packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
Responsible for the operation of the processing conveyors in accordance with the company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
Responsible for inspecting product to ensure quality
Perform housekeeping and other daily duties as required.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, Leads, Supervisors and Managers. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): Must be minimum of 18 years old.
Ability to speak, read, and write the English language. We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): Some manufacturing experience and knowledge of the Dairy Industry.

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs.
Ability to understand and apply standard operating procedures.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices.
Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays and possible overtime.
Working Relationships:
This position reports to the Production Manager.
