DOE POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Plant Superintendent andor Shift Supervisor, this position supports the Production Department in all areas of manufacturing. This position is responsible for the correct function of the equipment; hand stacks boards or stakes and moves to inventory areas; and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Packages different types of products Checks for defects on the equipment Stacks boards by hand and transfers them to the inventory yard. Assists machine operator as needed. Must always display team player attitude Communicates and reports any issues to the supervisor. Checks boards for defects or contamination. Continuously checks for quality. Identifies poor quality. Maintains a clean work area Operates forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties. Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth bypany and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. All other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by thepany or its designated representatives. Predictable and Regular attendance is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires basic math, reading and writing skills. Able tomunicate effectively with peers and management. Able to read the tape measure. Ability to operate forklift and any other equipment required to perform duties. Predictable and Regular attendance is required.
