Yard Attendant

The Auction Company is looking for a yard attendant to help start its new location in Madera, CA. The Yard attendant is responsible for the daily operations in the yard, and ensuring that all functions are completed daily. Job Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and setup entire auction (paperwork and physical setup) Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain and repair equipment as needed Maintain a neat and clean yard and yard office at all times Maintain optimal level of customer service and assist to resolve all customer issues Must be willing to work around auction schedules Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Auction and equipment knowledge helpful Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in various weather conditions Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather condition.
