Monday-Friday | Overtime Available Pay Range $18.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Entry‑level warehouse experience: $18/hour Experienced / cross‑trained associates: $18.50-$20/hour High‑performance, fast‑paced warehouse background: $20+/hour Job Description The DUA Brand is hiring Warehouse Associates to support Order Fulfillment and Production Operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume facility. This role combines picker/packer, fulfillment associate, and production worker responsibilities. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse work, fulfillment centers, e‑commerce operations, manufacturing, or logistics who are comfortable meeting daily productivity goals. Responsibilities Fulfillment / Order Picking & Packing Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Maintain packaging quality and order accuracy Meet daily output, OPH, and productivity goals Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Production / Assembly Assist with product assembly, labeling, batching, and packaging Follow SOPs and quality standards Maintain clean, organized production workstations Support increased production during peak demand General Warehouse Duties Rotate between fulfillment and production areas Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Work collaboratively with leads and supervisors Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment Performance Expectations Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Consistently meet or exceed daily productivity targets Qualifications Required 1-3+ years of warehouse experience (fulfillment, picker packer, production, or general labor) Experience in e‑commerce, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution centers Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs Dependable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Preferred Order fulfillment or assembly line experience Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS Experience working with KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics Ideal Candidates Take ownership of their work and performance Thrive in high‑volume warehouse environments Adapt quickly and work well on a team Seek long‑term employment and growth opportunities Apply today to join The DUA Brand as a Warehouse Associate / Fulfillment & Production Team Member.
