As a Labor Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient workflow. You'll work closely with the warehouse team to deliver results that keep the operation running smoothly. What You'll Do As a Labor Associate, you will be responsible for: Loading and unloading containers safely and efficiently. Palletizing products according to warehouse procedures. Shrink-wrapping pallets to secure shipments for transport. Moving and organizing products within the warehouse to maintain clear pathways. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment to meet safety standards. Following all safety guidelines and company procedures diligently. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift safely. Comfort with physical, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Capability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. A strong inclination to work in a team-oriented environment.
