Warehouse Associate Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently working with a globally recognized brand, specializing in high-performance parts and technical gear, that is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their growing team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the warehouse, focusing on receiving, assembling, storing, and distributing products. The ideal Warehouse Associate is detail-oriented, can efficiently manage inventory, as well as adhere to safety standards. The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Moorpark, CA.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

Unload Deliveries & Check Items for Accuracy, Quality & Condition Record Received Items Into Management Systems Store Items in Proper Locations to Ensure Efficient Access & Organization Pick, Pack & Prepare Orders for Shipment, Ensuring Accuracy & Timeliness Assist With the Organization of Shipping Documentation Including Tracking Numbers & Inventory Logs Conduct Regular Stock Checks & Cycle Counts to Maintain Inventory Accuracy Update Inventory Records & Report Discrepancies to Management Ensure Proper Labeling & Categorization of Products for Easy Retrieval Assemble Components or Products as Needed, Following Detailed Instructions to Ensure Quality & Accuracy Assemble & Prepare Kits, Which May Include Packaging Items Together or Organizing Materials Into Sets for Shipment or Assembly Follow all Safety Protocols & Procedures, including the Safe Operation of Warehouse Equipment (e.g Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Order Pickers) Perform Basic Maintenance Checks on Equipment Work Closely with Other Team Members to Meet Operational Goals & Deadlines Warehouse Associate Job Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Previous Experience in a Warehouse or Logistics Environment Preferred, but not Required Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Inventory Software is a Plus Strong Attention to Detail & Organization Skills Ability to Lift & Move Heavy Objects Familiarity with Basic Warehouse Equipment, such as Pallet Jacks & Forklifts, is Preferred Good Communication & Teamwork Abilities Ability to Work in a
