Adecco is partnering with a leading distribution and logistics company in Moreno Valley, CA, to recruit motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates for immediate placement on our 3rd shift team. As a Warehouse Associate with Adecco, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll engage in various roles including Utility Associate, Marker, and Packer, each contributing to the overall success of our distribution process. Utility Associates Support daily warehouse functions by moving merchandise using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and carts Build, assemble, and prepare boxes for shipment Transfer merchandise between pallets and conveyors Clear conveyor jams and operate automated box-making and tape machines Assist with other warehouse tasks to maintain seamless operations Markers Accurately label and prepare products for shipment with price tags, labels, and merchandise stickers Verify product details and inspect items for quality assurance Maintain organized workstations and support inventory management processes Follow all safety and operational procedures diligently Packers Ensure merchandise is securely packaged and ready for distribution according to company standards Inspect items for damage or defects before packing Assemble boxes and prepare shipments efficiently Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote productivity and safetyQualifications & Skills:
Minimum 6 months warehouse experience Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse equipment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and quality focus Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety standards Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team Why Join Adecco?
