Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and certified Forklift Operator to join our HVAC distribution warehouse team in North Highlands, CA. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of HVAC products within our warehouse and onto delivery trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Load and unload HVAC equipment and materials from trucks Move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (e.g., order picking, inventory counts, restocking, customer deliveries) Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Qualifications:

Valid forklift certification (required/recommended) Previous forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment (HVAC or related industry a plus) Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic Ability to work Monday-Fridays as scheduled
