We are seeking a dependable, organized, and experienced Senior Warehouse Associate to join our Oceanside team. Position Overview The Senior Warehouse Associate is a key part of our warehouse and fulfillment operations, helping ensure inventory is organized, orders are accurately fulfilled, and shipments are processed efficiently and on time. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using shipping and communication software, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for wholesale and e-commerce shipment including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping Process incoming inventory including receiving, inspecting, organizing, labeling, and restocking products Utilize ShipStation and other warehouse systems to process and track shipments Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Ensure all orders meet Malie's quality and presentation standards before shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory, shipping timelines, and operational needs Assist in improving warehouse efficiency and organization Follow company procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines . Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience required Experience using ShipStation or similar shipping software preferred Familiar with Shipstation, UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager Comfortable using email and digital communication tools daily Experience with Gmail and Google Chat is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse best practices Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday High school diploma or equivalent Valid California Driver's License Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Bonus Skills QuickBooks experience OSHA certification Forklift certification Compensation & Benefits Starting at $24-$25 per hour, depending on experience 97% paid health insurance after introductory period Participation in 401(k) and Profit Sharing after 1 year of service Paid holidays and paid time off after 1 year of service Opportunity for long-term growth within a fast-growing luxury lifestyle company To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and interest in joining the Malie team.
