This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving and unloading shipments, handling returned products, organizing inventory, and supporting general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate should be physically capable of lifting and moving products, detail-oriented, and willing to follow warehouse procedures and safety rules. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and move incoming shipments and returned products Inspect returned items and report any visible damage or missing parts Sort, label, and organize products in the warehouse Assist with inventory counting and stock organization Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment when needed Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Follow company procedures for returns, repairs, and inventory records Work with warehouse supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required Able to lift, move, and carry heavy items as required Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work during the shift Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Basic ability to read labels, product information, and warehouse instructions Attention to detail when handling returned products and inventory Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience in returns processing, e-commerce warehouse, or product inspection Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or basic warehouse equipment Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Stable full-time schedule On-the-job training Opportunities for growth within the company Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading products during the work shift.
