About us Import2all is a boutique 3rd Party Logistics Fulfillment Center. We specialize in e-commerce fulfillment such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy.
Our work environment includes:
Growth opportunities Casual work attire Warehouse We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate with label-making experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including picking orders, packing orders, printing labels, fulfilling orders, return processing, organizing inventory, receiving inventory, quality control, cycle counts, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong warehouse work background and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Computer knowledge or the ability to learn is required. We are looking to fill this seasonal position part-time with full-time opportunities in the future. We operate Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but not limited to: Actively participate in the daily operations of the warehouse. Follow warehouse policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations. Maintain inventory accuracy and control. Conduct cycle counts and compare inventory counts to computerized inventory to maintain 100% accuracy. Fulfill orders and maintain quality control Ensure all orders are picked correctly Ensure proper storage of materials in the warehouse. Receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Accurately Load and unload inbound shipments in a safe and timely manner using forklift, pallet jack, and/or manual labor. Receiving and Recording new Inventory as it is delivered. Inspect and store the inventory according to standard operating procedures. Ensure all new inventory meets our requirements and track the weight/dimensions of all inbound products. Accurately maintain and complete paperwork. Print Orders and Enter necessary information into an Excel Sheet Create and organize Shipping Labels Read and understand emails/tickets and relay the information to the manager. Moving products within the warehouse facility using a Hand Truck Dolly, Pallet Jack, or forklift (if certified) Locate products using the SKU, name, and/or serial numbers Maintain Warehouse cleanliness and organization; sweep, take-out-trash, clean restrooms, and restack pallets.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have reliable transportation and maintain a good attendance record Must have excellent math and counting skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills Must have Computer knowledge, creating labels, using printers and scanning, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite - knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Data entry skills Familiarity with warehouse management software or the ability to learn Must have excellent attention to detail Stand / work up to 8 hours Familiarity with warehouse management software/computers or the ability to learn Previous warehouse experience, shipping, receiving, inventory management Punctuality and Positive Attitude Organization skills Time management Ability to multitask Problem-Solving Adaptable, Cooperative, Responsible, Diligent, Attention to

$16.90 - $19.00 per hour
