In this energetic role, you'll contribute to the production process by performing a variety of manual tasks that keep our facility running smoothly. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling to support production workflows Operate basic machinery and tools following safety standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Conduct heavy lifting of materials and products safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately Support inventory management by moving supplies and finished goods as needed Participate in safety training sessions to stay current with industry standards in production environments Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is preferred but not required; we value motivation and willingness to learn Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic tools is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and GMP compliance Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values hard work, safety, and continuous improvement.
