Training will initially occur at either 3:30 am 5:00 am depending on the position in the mixing area. The current schedule consists of five shifts and approximately 35 to 45 hours per week, depending on customer demand. Current dates are Sunday-Friday. Specific days to be determined. These positions are full-time. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience in an industrial bakery performing ingredient/dough mixing.
