Yard Associate :

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our organization ensuring that lumber and landscape products are handled, stored, and shipped safely and effectively to our customers.

This position requires:

attention to detail, the ability to operate forklifts and wheel loader on regular bases during the shift, and the ability to communicate with customers. If you have not driven a forklift or wheel loader before, do not worry, we are happy to train the right candidate. Training is a big part of who we are, well trained people make sure we always have a great and inviting place to work and shop, This is a customer-facing position that combines outdoor yard work with assisting customers and supporting store operations. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and building orders with attention to have it ready for the customer. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Execute the operational day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management. Assist with general yard maintenance, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing materials

Qualifications:

Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday. Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 75 pounds. Detail oriented, with exceptional multi-tasking skills and logical thought process. Ability to Assemble and Build orders and products as required. Valid drivers license, Real ID preffered.
